LG KBIS 2024 was the most challenging show I have ever had to produce.

Such a large booth took 3 project managers and I was glad to be a part of the team. We divided up different parts of the booth and handled all of the aspects of our section. During install though we collaborated to be liaisons between I&D team and client needs.

LG is a very particular client and they are very hands during the install and production process. It is an unique experience communicating and coordinating with overseas clients and their different work cultures.

A lot of on the fly changes that came for the CEO, made the last few days of install very difficult. 24 hr shifts were needed to finalize all the requested changes. I’ve never done so many change orders before or since.
