Lexus at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance 2025 was one of my most challenging shows to produce.

This deceivingly standard pull and prep always has some unforeseen challenges that arise. Pivoting and on the fly hands on corrections are often a part of such a high profile outdoor install. This show was plagued by shipping issues that were out of our control. It was a true team effort to correct and reproduce damaged items in time for show open.

The transformation from a dirt lot to a finished structure still surprises me, even though I see it assembled in person.
